The S2S POS website, as well as all products sold through this website, is owned by Vega WebSolutions SRL, headquartered in Arad and registered with the Trade Register under no. J2005001681029, VAT ID RO17965960. All products sold are delivered with a tax invoice and a user license.

1. User Licenses

All software licenses are annual and valid for a single point of sale, consisting of: * 1 sales computer (POS) * 1 back-office computer Each additional installation requires a separate license. Licenses are issued to the purchasing company and are non-transferable. License activation is subject to the availability of fiscal equipment registered with an NUI (Unique Registration Number). Replacing the fiscal equipment may involve additional costs, such as driver reinstallation and system reconfiguration. Demo versions of the software are available on the website, allowing customers to fully test the products before purchase. Once a license has been issued, its cost is non-refundable, regardless of the reason.

2. Technical Support

Upon purchasing a license, the customer receives 14 days of free remote support by phone or online for installation and training. After this period, support services are provided for a fee, based on a support contract or an hourly rate. Support is available on business days between 09:00 and 17:00. Customers can access the platform at https://ajutor.s2s.ro, where complete tutorials covering all product features are available.

3. Products and Prices

All products sold have a dedicated presentation page and detailed documentation available on the website. Prices include all applicable taxes, including VAT. The customer pays exactly the prices displayed on the website, with no hidden fees.

4. Upgrade and Update Policy

Licenses include access to updates throughout their 12-month validity period. Upgrades apply to new versions of the same software product purchased by the customer. Additional modules or new features must be purchased separately.

5. Payment Methods

Products may be purchased using the following payment methods: * Online by bank card, including Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and virtual cards, through the secure Stripe payment system * Bank transfer, based on a pro forma invoice * Cash on delivery by courier, where available Online payments are processed through the Stripe platform, which provides a high level of transaction security.

6. Delivery and Activation

License activation keys are sent by email immediately after payment confirmation. Upon request, products may also be delivered physically, together with the presentation folder, invoice, and related documents.

7. Security Policy

All online payments are made through a secure SSL connection and the advanced authentication systems implemented by Stripe. Payment information is not stored on the servers of Vega WebSolutions SRL.

8. Final Provisions

By purchasing the products, the customer confirms that they have downloaded, installed, and tested the demo version and that they agree to the licensing and usage terms. Software products are provided “as is.” Any additional services, including extended technical support, customization, development, or adaptations, are subject to separate agreements. The S2S Technologies trademark is registered and protected in accordance with the applicable legislation.
